Sometimes, people think I’ve never struggled with my weight/health. That I have good genetics. The truth is, over 30 years ago I was 65 pounds overweight, depressed and miserable, desperate to change. Nutrition and exercise helped me take control of my life. I learned along the way, my psychology (what I thought) affected my health as much as the food and exercise did. That’s why I always talk about it during my speaking events, programs, and life coaching sessions. Ever since, nutrition and exercise have helped me get through the most difficult times in my life. With this blog, I’d like to share with you the best of what I know about being healthy, in what can be an unhealthy world. Together, we can help each other look and feel our best, while helping the children in our lives.
