2 Weight Loss Secrets
1. Quantity
Forget what you’ve heard, if you’re trying to lose weight and don’t know how much you’re eating, or how much you should be eating, it’s a setup for failure. I know because I experienced it. Also, 95% of my clients don’t know this secret.
If you’re thinking, “It can’t be that simple,” remember, the fact that diets fail is not your fault. They’re designed for failure by skipping this essential secret.
