Thank you for your 5 Minutes to Fitness+, it has really made a positive difference in my fitness in the last month. I love the motivation of using the DVD, it is like a jump start each day.  My biggest success: Doing twenty push-ups everyone morning and seeing how great my arms look! In addition, lately I was slow to get moving in the morning, but surprisingly after my ten minute workout, I am wide awake and I get ready for work faster, so the total time is the same as before. Your 5 Minutes to Fitness+ program is Excellent! The combinations were very well put together and I do not feel like I need to do much more than what you outlined.  My wife Sue is working today and doing this at home was a much better option than carting off the kids to the gym or run on the treadmill at home or jump rope.  My 8 year old son Karl did 2 sets of the advanced with me and enjoyed it as well.  The idea for using two bands with a partner is a good idea as well.  Great job and I will look to purchase a few sets for friends’ birthdays coming up soon.

3 years since we first met and I still maintain a food journal M-F. 3 years ago I was around 240 with a size 40 waist. Today I’m 220 with a 36 waist and no chance of ballooning up I’ve limited my daily calories and my alcohol intake, gave up caffeine, don’t eat as much sugar or dairy and my weight is manageable and I don’t binge as much.  Maybe you can use me for a testimonial!
