One Thought, Food, & Exercise that can Change Your Life

Dear Friend,

If you believe one thought, food, & exercise can change your life, you’re right.

If you don’t believe one food, exercise, and thought can change your life, you’re right.

How can both be true?

Looking at this for 30 years, I’ve observed the most successful people in history are unreasonable. They look at common things completely differently as everyone else.

They see opportunities where others see frustration, hopelessness, and defeat.

They’re willing to do what unsuccessful people are not willing to do (that’s not a judgment), like believing a thought, food, and exercise can change their lives.

I know because I was one of the doubters; resentful, discouraged, overweight, unsuccessful.

That’s when I applied this success principle to 3 things that can help us the most- Focus, Food, & Fitness.

Try this…

  1. Focus- Choose one thought that will benefit you most. State it in the positive, why you must have it, how you will not stop until you get it, and how it will fulfill your purpose.

    1. Now repeat it every time a negative thought competes for your attention.

  2. Food- Choose one food from these healthiest foods categories; Organic Vegetables, Grass Fed/Organic/Wild Animal Protein, Organic Fruit, Fermented Food, Olive Oil.

    1. When you shop for, cook, and eat that food, while thinking about who and what you love, you are literally feeding your purpose in life.

  3. Fitness- Choose one of these exercises; Squat, Lunge, Push-Up, Pull Up (If you can’t do any of these contact me)

    1. When you perform the exercise, direct your mind to what you want most, how it will feel when you get it. Be descriptive; colors, sounds, places, people, songs and so on. (It’s how I got on QVC, FOX, ABC, etc.)

    2. Don’t allow yourself to be distracted by social media, news, emails., and you will be conditioning yourself to be confident in getting what you want.

When you Focus your mind, nourish it with the best Food on the planet, and use Fitness to train your brain and body to be strong and confident, you will get what you want. I see it happen time after time with my Life & Health Coaching clients
