Laura has been teaching for over 15 years and is a former yoga studio owner and completed her 500 hour advanced teacher training with Laughing Lotus Studios in NYC. Laura became a certified health coach in 2011 through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and helps provide individuals with support and the tools they need to help create more life balance, better health and a higher level of self-care. She offers yoga classes in the styles of Vinyasa, Aerial, Yin and Restorative Yoga with a focus on balancing strength, awareness and stress management, working with all populations and levels of fitness.
