Humbly, here’s how I lost 60 pounds and started successful businesses…

Almost 30 years ago, when I got my undergraduate degree in nutrition and masters of science in physical therapy, I used that knowledge to lose 60 pounds and keep it off, then searched for how to be successful in a career.

I learned if I used nutrition, exercise, and psychology to get what I want, it worked.

For the next 25 years I studied the healthiest and the most successful people in the world.

That’s when I noticed there were people that were successful in their careers, but not in their health.

I also noticed there were people who where successful with their health, but not in their careers.

Having business experience and health knowledge, I did the most obvious thing. I blended the two together.
