1. Recipe

After a long week in the city, heading out to the Hamptons, our stomachs grumbled for protein.

Settling on grass fed beef 🥩 hangar and lamb 🐑 shoulder steaks, we thought, “What would compliment them?”

Then it came to us…

Stopping to pick up crispy cucumbers, tight garlic bulbs, thick Greek yogurt, plump lemons, and ferny dill, we’d whip up tzatziki.

Simple ingredients, tangy sharp bites, perfect viscosity, homemade tzatziki certainly pairs well with lamb, beef, chicken, and pork, but you can also dip just about anything into it and be satisfied.

3. Motivation

One of the secrets of success I speak about in my presentations is creating a vision then taking action to make it happen.

So, my vision of speaking at a resort in mind, with Ariel‘s encouragement, I sent out 33 cold call emails to resorts in the northeast.

I had been working with @crystalspringsresort so I thought, why not.

Of the 33, two responded. One of them was @woodloch.

Fast forward, I was invited to give two fireside presentations on motivation and wellness at this award winning resort, met great people, almost got to watch Ariel belly dance, had some delicious meals, and relaxed in their outdoor whirlpool.
