1. Control Anxiety

2. Clean Up Your Food
Additives in food can trigger anxiety, brain fog, poor sleep, weight gain, headaches, bloating, disease, and more.
If you can’t lose weight, focus, are in pain all the time, just generally feel lousy and can’t get motivated, it may be a food additive you’re eating. That’s how powerful food is.
Clean up your food by eliminating:
Seed oils, “natural flavors”, GMO’s, Pesticides, Nitrates, Hydrogenated anything, Hormones, Antibiotics, Alkalized Cocoa, Artificial Anything, Soy, Sugars (HFCS, Rice Syrup, Maltose, Cane Juice, Fructose, and so on).
The healthiest people in the world eat whole animal protein, vegetables, fruit, herbs, and fermented foods.
3. Build Your Body & Mind
When I ask, 90% of the people I ask say they think about bills, schedules, emails, difficult bosses, troubling family members, social media, and other motivation sapping thoughts during exercise.
Basically, they’re conditioning themselves to hate exercise, like Pavlov’s dog, connecting stress to fitness.
