How to protect yourself from Coronavirus

Hi, I’m Peter Kofitsas. What I hear our leaders telling us; the best way to stay safe from Coronavirus is to keep our distance and wash our hands. I think this is good advice. But I don't hear our leaders telling us, the best protection for you and the people that you love against coronavirus is to build a strong immunity by being healthy; eating healthy, moving our bodies a few minutes every day, redirecting negative thoughts that we might be having, connecting to the people that we love, teaching the children in our lives to cook, teaching ourselves how to cook. All of these things increase our immunity, and as my friend said, when we have a strong immunity it is like we have a suit of armor around our bodies and the virus can’t penetrate it. If it does penetrate, it does little harm. So I encourage you today, reach out to a health professional, ask for help, and build and strengthen your immune system. Take care of yourself.
