10 Foods that can protect you from Coronavirus, and make you healthier
When I shot this video, my goal was to share 10 powerful anti-inflammatory foods that fight pain, swelling, arthritis, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity, cancer, and even Alzheimer disease. I was encouraged to learn that these same foods can help protect you against Coronavirus. It’s hopeful to know, the same healthy foods/diet, can, at the same time, increase your immune system, fight disease, and help you look and feel your best. That’s pretty cool!
10 Coronavirus/disease fighting foods
Wild Salmon (fresh, frozen, canned)
Berries (all types- must be organic)
Dried cherries (look for - no sugar added)
Ginger (fresh, tea)
Garlic (fresh or dried)
Whole grains (quinoa, oats (wheat in moderation)
Cinnamon (stick, dried, tea)
Hot Sauce (hot peppers- jalapeno, etc.)
Turmeric (dried, tea)
Greens (broccoli, spinach, arugula, dandelions, collards, etc)
