Meet Tracey

13 pounds lighter so far, Tracey says her results weren’t just physical; “Because of you and the program I have gradually been more positive and HAPPIER. Like the old me..I find myself actually laughing again! I am being a better mother because I am taking care of me first.”

How she did it

Tracey changed her life by taking care of her health. It was this simple:

Over a year ago I had complex knee surgery and gained 20 lbs. During a trying recovery. Also, I have sleep apnea which causes me to become fatigued in the afternoon. One day while driving on the highway I actually fell asleep and got into a car accident.
