How To Motivate Anyone, Including yourself!

Is it difficult to get motivated at home, at work?

You’re not alone.

Would you want to know how to motivate anyone, including yourself, to look & feel amazing, live a fulfilling life, and have fun doing it?

If yes, great! Below, I’ll share my 3 best tips for motivation, but first a note on how to motivate an entire room of good people…

Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Deb and her talented team of #sales leaders at #Mazda USA.

  • We talked about how to increase energy with the right food 🍱 .

  • We talked about how to get the best workout 🏋️‍♀️ in the least amount of time.

  • We talked about how to control anxiety, sleep better, and be present.

  • We talked about what the healthiest people on the planet 🌍 do to look and feel their best, prevent disease, and live fulfilling lives.

  • Then we tied it all together, helping us be motivated to be our best selves when sitting in front of the people we serve at work, and most importantly, at home 💗.

And we had fun doing it!

Now, here are my 3 best tips for motivating anyone, including yourself.

(Obviously they’re more detailed than this, but I want to give you something to start with.)

  1. Get laser focused regarding what you want: IE- A loving relationship, fulfilling career, healthy role model for children, best self, looking great naked (hey, that matters to many of us:-). (Don’t make it about weight loss. That’s not inspiring- make it about what your amazing life will be like when you are at your ideal weight for you)

    1. Get crystal clear about why you want it by answering, “I will accomplish this, no matter what, because (Make it compelling and exciting) _______________________________________________________

  2. Create a foolproof plan to get it:

    1. Design an eating & workout plan that actually works (Don’t waste your time. Work with a coach).

    2. Control your anxiety (If we don’t, long term motivation is virtually impossible). Start here- Control anxiety with this exercise & Listen to this podcast.

  3. Be accountable- Surround yourself with great people, like a coach, to help you with strategy, accountability, and sustained motivation. You don’t have to do it alone. Trust me, I know. I struggled on my own for years. When I asked for help is when my life changed, attracting into my life the best people, living my best life.
