If You Cant Eat Healthier, or Exercise, It’s Because…

Dear Friend,

Sometimes I can’t get motivated to eat healthy or exercise, and I’ve been a health professional for over quarter of a century.

I’ve also noticed this struggle with the majority, let me be honest, 100% of my life coaching clients.

This is what I have observed regarding why I, my clients, and perhaps you, can’t get motivated to eat healthier and exercise consistently.

When I was coaching Melanie (name changed) we figured out what was going on…. Read it slowly, then read it again. It’s a common story.

Life Coaching Session (Behind the scenes)

Melanie can’t get herself motivated to eat better consistently because she can’t get motivated to exercise. She can’t get motivated to exercise because she can’t get motivated to eat healthier.

She also can’t sleep well because she can’t get herself to eat healthier and exercise consistently, which when done can help sleep.

She wakes up tired because she can’t sleep because she can’t get herself motivated to eat healthier because she can’t get herself to exercise consistently.

Because she’s tired because she can’t sleep, she can’t get herself to be more present in her relationships, or more patient with her children, or understanding with coworkers and family because she’s tired because she can’t sleep because she can’t eat healthier because she can’t exercise, and so on, and on, and on…

You’re getting the picture, right.

BTW- There’s nothing wrong with Melanie, me, or you, we just need help breaking this cycle.

And that’s what I helped Melanie do- break this hopeless and helpless cycle.

How?

By controlling anxiety, the number one reason why we can’t get ourselves motivated to do the things we want to do so we can live the life we want to live.

I start my life coaching clients with the vagus nerve exercise (exercise below)- A 60 second technique that helps you control anxiety and get your brain back online to start the process of consistent motivation.

If you’re tired of struggling, and ready to dig deeper, straight to the core of what is holding you back, because there is always a reason, you and I can work together to get you motivated for the rest of your life.

If you’re ready to break this cycle and look & feel amazing, I can help you. Schedule a complimentary 15 minute inspirational session with me now ⬇️

All My Best,

Peter ❤️
