This recipe is so simple, it shouldn't taste this good, but it does. In about 5 minutes you'll have a delicious, healthy dish, plus have time to make a bracing Gin Gimlet while you wait :-). Watch as I share tips on buying fish and alcohol while the salmon caramelizes.

Pan Seared, Chili Glazed Salmon, & Gin Gimlet Recipe
What you’ll need
Salmon
Salmon filet (I prefer wild, skin on)
Sweet chili glaze (I often use Kikkoman Sweet Chili Sauce)
Olive oil, extra virgin
Gin Gimlet
Gin (I use organic) about 2 oz
Lemon juice, fresh, 2 lemons
Agave, squirt
Ice
to prepare
Salmon
Pre-heat oven to 500 degree F
Add oil to pan and get it hot on a burner.
Add the salmon filet flesh side down. Cook for 1 minute on each side.
Drizzle generously with chili glaze.
Blast in the oven for 5-6 minutes, or until done
Enjoy
Gin Gimlet
Add gin, lemon juice, agave, ice, shake, pour, enjoy!
