Lose Weight in 1 Week, Guaranteed


Dear Friend, 

If you’ve sat in my audience, we’ve met me for coffee, or shared a drink, you know I want so much more for you and your family than just weight loss.

But I’m aware most of us want to lose some pounds, like I did 30 years ago, as a kick start to better health and a happier life.

Frustrated watching good people with sincere intentions, trying to be healthier, being misguided by the media, supplement/food industry, pharma, and many doctors, I was compelled to write this no nonsense post on how to lose weight in 1 week, guaranteed.

What I’m about to share helped me lose 60lbs, thirty six ago…

Yes, that was me, 1989, overweight, depressed, about to quit my football scholarship though we grew up on food stamps.

Using what I share below, I started to change my life. Today, dedicated to my 3 kids whom I love more than anything I thought I could, solid with their mom, in a loving relationship, close to my family, doing what I love (Being here with you) I thank God for what I learned back then. It has benefited every area of my life.
