I’m sharing the principles of that article with you now to help you look & feel amazing, lose weight, build muscle, increase confidence, and look great in your clothes (or out of them ;-), starting with just 5 minutes.

Blend of cardio and resistance- Functional circuit
20 minutes per day, 5 times per week
5 powerful movements- Push, pull, squat, lunge, diagonals
