Pan Seared Duck Breasts With Fridge Greens

Dear Friend,

Here’s a fun recipe I threw together on the last night of a weekend getaway. We had food in the fridge we didn't want to schlep home, so we sauteed the greens, seared some local duck breasts, drizzled everything with fig balsamic, and had a parting feast. Enjoy the video.
