Neck Stretch to Decrease Pain From Sitting Too Long

Hi ,

I hope you and your family are safe!

You may know I’m a health coach, but you may not know I’m a physical therapist too. I work in a great multidisciplinary clinic in Montclair, NJ called Davis Integrated Medicine, with some pretty awesome people. We are still open and doing our best to help our patients stay strong and healthy. I shot this video last year with Issata, an excellent intern from Montclair High School. (This was back in the day when we didn’t need gloves to touch :-)

I thought this video could help you alleviate some pain you may be experiencing from sitting longer than usual. I do it several times a day, often after sitting for too long, and even when I’m waiting at a red light in my car. (I joke it makes my patients/clients taller, if only a centimeter or two :-).
