Dear Friend, 

20 years or so ago I charged $20,000 on my credit card to spend one week with Tony Robbins at a resort in California, along with 2000 other lunatics, I mean people determined to figure out how to be successful. Then I worked with Frank, my therapist for 8 years, getting to the core of my sabotaging behavior and figuring out the true purpose of my life.

What I’m encouraging you to understand is, we all need help from a coach, a mentor, someone who is always on our side, has our back, will keep us accountable, and who has one purpose- to guide us toward what works while saving us from wasting precious time and money on fads and dead ends. My coaches and mentors saved my life, then helped me be successful.

Asking for help is not a sign of weakness. It’s a sign you refuse to give up!

Over time I blended what I learned from Tony and Frank with everything else I learned from 25 years of nutrition and exercise knowledge garnered from my Nutrition and Master’s of Science Degrees and coaching 1000’s of clients.

Along the way I learned the formula, no matter what’s going on, for getting and staying successful personally and professionally. I couldn’t have done it on my own. I needed other people to help me who knew more than I did, had made the mistakes I was making, and had already succeeded in the areas I wanted to be successful in, including personal health and career fulfillment.

Combining over 30 years of knowledge and experience, I designed my Life & Health Coaching to encompass everything we need to live our best lives, including the best:
