Dear Friend,

Chances are, if you’re on my healthletter list, we’ve met. I hope we’ve stayed in touch.

If we haven’t met, I hope to meet you soon. 

I also hope when you read my healthletters and SM posts, that benefits you and your family. My goal is to send something that can help you, inspiring you to act. That’s how Deb and I met for the first time. She’s been on my healthletter list for 15 years. We finally met when she asked me to speak at a great event she put together (Testimonial below). More on that later.
