2 Exercise Secrets TO CONTROL ANXIETY, LOSE WEIGHT, BE HAPPIER…

The short answer is yes, without a doubt, the two secrets I’m about to share with you can change your life, like it has my audience members, life-coaching/nutrition clients, physical therapy patients, friends, and family who consistently use them.

  1. Control Anxiety

To get motivated to exercise in the first place, I have observed one must control their anxiety. Here’s how;

My clients who do this Vagus Nerve Anxiety exercise everyday, especially when their anxiety is triggered, eventually control their anxiety. Then their brain comes back online and they can get themselves to exercise.

2. Control Your Thoughts During Exercise

To maximize the benefits of exercise, direct your thoughts toward what you love and want most. It has to be more compelling than a new car or better job. I encourage my clients, dig deeper. What do you want more than anything, that you would fight hard for. Answer that question, then exclusively think about it while you exercise. Why? When you and I exercise our mind and body release powerful feel good drugs. This is the best time to direct your thoughts toward what you want most, and must have. Oh, and have fun doing it!
