Food and Fitness Demo- Watch Now!

Do you struggle with eating better and exercising? I understand. I did, and still do sometimes. I don’t know if you know, I was 65 pounds overweight. That’s why before I teach my clients what to eat, and which exercises are best, we identify what may be holding them back. I’ve observed, many of us know how and what to eat, and that we should exercise more, but we start and stop. Why? That’s what I explore in this video. For me, anything that I’ve tried to do and “failed” at has to do with something from my past, specifically my childhood. That may be occurring for you too.
